Access Statement

From the car park there is level access to and through the main door.

The cottage is on one level, but there is a 6cm step down from the reception area to the guest lounge.

The twin bedroom room has level access, but both double bedrooms have a 10cm step up into the rooms. Access to the bathrooms from all bedrooms is flat but not wheelchair friendly.

There is level access all around the outside of the cottage and onto the lawn.
